CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER
St. John's Child Development Center is an integral part of St. John's United Methodist Church and functions under the guidance of the Child Development Board and the Church Council. Our Pre-school program of education is provided in a Christian environment which emphasizes the development of the total child to his/her fullest potential. The school serves children from 12 months to 4 years of age.
We plan activities with the developmental characteristics of each specific age group in mind. Some of these include: language development, fine and gross motor activities, music, art, reading, and math readiness skills through structured as well as self-directed play activities.
We are constantly striving to further enhance our children's intellectual capabilities. Spanish is incorporated as part of the 3 and 4 year old curriculum and on-site gymnastics is offered for our 3 and 4 year old students. Open enrollment for ages 12 months through 4 years of age.
Hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
